Preferred payment method - Parent Online Payment (POP) via the school website

Dear Parents and Carers,

I would like to update you on the administration of the payments you make via the school’s website using the Parent Online Payment platform (POP).

POP is the school’s preferred method of payment and we would encourage you to use this payment method as a first preference over the use of cash or cheques. Payments can also be made at the school office with your credit/debit card (please note – payment using a credit/debit card cannot be taken over the phone).

In using the POP method of payment, it is convenient, quick and easy to use, with a receipt generated and sent directly to you, as an immediate record of your payment.

Choosing to pay using POP assists in the administration of the payments the school receives, cutting out the need for cash/cheque handling and depositing funds to the bank which can be very time consuming.
