Dear Year 6 Parents/Carers,
As you know we have our fundraising Election BBQ/Cake Stall on this Saturday, 21st May. We hope that everyone will support by Making/Baking/or Buying something that we can sell to raise funds towards the end of year graduation dinner & students leaving gift to the school. A note should have come home last Friday explaining this. Cake Stall goods can be dropped off to the canteen this Friday between 3-5pm and before 8am on Saturday morning. Please make sure you attached the slip of paper explaining what your item is and all the ingredients included.
We are also needing volunteers to assist with the bbq, set up, serving, selling cakes/sausage sizzle/drinks and pack down. If you are able to assist please use the link below.
